I've seen this "solution" across some cheat providers for their users and wanted to share it. It's pretty simple. If you got HWID banned shortly after buying Escape from Tarkov, just chargeback through PayPal or Credit Card.
Tested and approved solution. (I've done it 4 times personally)
Credit Card
Difficulty: Medium
Win chance: Very high

Call or email your bank and say you purchased a product and lost access to it. Send them the ban message, and they will handle the rest. After 2-3 months, you will get your money back. The seller, Xsolla, doesn’t do anything, and you can just sit back. The best part is you can buy the game again with the same credit card to test if you're still HWID banned.
PayPal
Difficulty: Easy
Win chance: Medium

Make a claim that your product is not as described and show them the ban message from your email. Xsolla often doesn’t reply to chargebacks, and you win after a few weeks. Very easy, very simple, and a good success rate. No risk for your PayPal account.
Always state that you purchased access to a "product" and that the seller took it away, so you deserve a full refund.
Why This Works:
No Support Replies: Xsolla and Battlestate Games rarely respond to support tickets for bans.
Buyer Protections: Credit card and PayPal policies favor buyers, especially when the merchant doesn't respond.

In short, there’s no issue. With MasterCard and Visa, the merchant is almost always the one that gets screwed in a chargeback. If you're HWID banned, they let you play for a bit and then throw you a silent ban message to lower the chances of a refund.

Caution:
If you lose the dispute, it might affect your credit score. However, it's usually minimal. Banks might limit chargebacks to 5-10 per year.
Just FYI, if you’re disputing a purchase for a HWID banned PC you bought second hand, it’s not fraud. But if you’re cheating in the game and requesting a refund, it could be seen as fraud.
