The following is my ingame experience after playing "Warframe" on Steam. It is a very popular looter-shooter RPG that is available in almost all platforms from XBox to PS4 and 5, etc.

Between 2nd of February and 12th of February, an unknown account messaged me with no prior contact in-game. His account name had "Pavlo/Pablo" in it. 5 mins before he contacted me, I brought out a game related bug on Q/A chat and questioned the Developers in chat regarding this "bug".

This stranger then started complimenting me. He said, "I admire you" and stuff like "you matter", "I like you" while simultaneously giving me an indirect ultimatum "You shouldn't speak in Q?A chat because that will have consequences. You might be followed elsewhere and then you'll lose all your cool and become 'emo' ".

This guy indirectly threatened me with online stalking, cyber-bullying and mental torture. It does not end here. He went further and said, "I am attracted to you. I love you". "Do you accept me as the way I am?" When I told him that "I am not gay", he responded, "I will make you gay". This guy seemingly was aware of my prior history with cyberbullying outside the game a few years back.

Then out of nowhere, another unknown account contacted me. He told me that he was more than 100% certain this troll was a Digital Extremes employee. I did a Google search and came across the following profile [url]https://twitter.com/PabloMakes[/url]
He is Digital Extreme's Lead Game Designer. It is the same guy. And the unknown good samaritan who told me about this troll's real world identity disappeared from my recent contact list.

This Pablo troll is an experienced cyberbully and a hacker. He preys on trouble-makers and this methodology does not paint Digital Extremes in a good light. This guy misuses his authority within the game for his sexual-predation and cyberbullying hunger.

After this incident, I ignored him ingame. Today on the 22nd of Feb, 2023, after taking a break from Warframe for one day, I tried logging in and was greeted by an Account Suspension notice. This suspension is until January 1st, 2035 ! 12 years of ban!

When I contacted their customer-support , [DE]Nero said my account was *permanently suspended* for "propagation or endorsement of hate-speech which is a violation of their TOS. This person completely ignored by actual complaint against Pablo, their lead game designer who is a closet homosexual and a sexual predator who harrassed me in chat. Digital Extreme's own employee broke their own TOS and they did not even acknowledge it.

This excuse of me supposedly propagating or endorsing hate speech is based off a fight I had with another player ingame. This player first claimed he wanted to give me an item for free. Then he asked me to go to Maroo's Bazaar. I waited for him for a long time and he did not turn up and to top it all, he said he was unable to trade with me and then told me "Try harder next time" which is clearly inferring that I am some sort of scammer out to get all of his assets for free. So I cursed him. I called him a mthr fkr/fthr fkr, a characterless piece of trash. And this is the reason what Digital Extremes considers endorsement of hate speech!!

I did not propagate any methodology, religion, political views, way of life or even race or caste. How exactly is this "propagation or endorsement of hate speech? In other words, if players have a fight within the game, that is "propagation of hate speech"? By meddling in the personal fights of players within the game, Digital Extremes has apparently become a nanny or a head mistress and warframe is now a kindergarten school for kids! So 12 years of ban because I cursed a player who deserved it in private chat?? I also reported this player for trolling me, breaking his word and making me wait for him at Maroo's but no action was taken!

The actual reason [DE]Nero said my account was permanently banned is because his higher-ups ordered him to let my account be banned. There is no question of "hate speech". Which online game apparently bans players for *twelve years* for having a fight within the game with another player?! No game.

DE's customer support completely ignored my main complaint of *harrassment* by their lead game designer "Pablo". And I wouldn't be surprised if this very same person pulled some strings within their company to have my account banned permanently.

And it is not that I am a free player. I played this game for about a month and bought a 75% discount of 2.5 USD for 170 platinum. I was planning to get this on a monthly basis. But no longer due their behaviour. I am thankful, I won't be wasting my money on this poorly managed game whose work environment is infested with excreta like Pablo. DE actually encourages their game moderators to bully, oppress and coerce their players to spend.

The game itself is entertaining upto a certain extent. For initial 5 days of playing, it is fine but beyond that? No way. If you're a free player or if you spent less like me, you will be subjected to *zero* resource drops even after 30 mins of playing an instance. What sort of game awards their player with nothing after 30 mins of farming?

The game itself uses "procedurally generated dungeons" as an excuse to fool players. This actually means those who spent thousands of USD will have such an easy time that they will lose interest. And those that play for free or those who can't afford thousands, they will experience a *horrible* time where your very *progress* will be cut short.
Literally, different players with different transaction history will experience *different dungeons* for the same node. I know this because I created a big ruckus when I played one of the nodes on Pluto, a rescue mission wherein the hostage was already freed and running to extraction but suddenly the hostage is forced immobile by 9 simultaneous shield generators that stops him from moving! And when I tried to free the hostage, there is a lockdown with a door forcibly separating me from the hostage! By the time I search for the lockdown console, the hostage is dead!

So Digital Extremes actively manipulate their own game, stats-parameters, weather cycles, difficulty of any dungeon, resource drops, etc. to oppress and psychologically force players to spend.

If they can do this to me, a paying customer who has spent a few dollars, they can even do it to a gamer who spends thousands of dollars. There is nothing stopping them from practicing their dirty tactics on loyal old customers.

If you are intelligent enough to know the actual market rates and not the ones posted on warframe.market website (it is basically run by Digital Extremes unofficially), you'll buy the right items for the right price which will see you through the end of the game till Steel Path. If you do this DE will feel cheated out of the opportunity to swindle you!! And this is what happened to me. DE actively uses *fake* accounts at warframe.market to artificially boost the price of any item or mod they choose.

If they find you want some item really bad, they will artificially increase it's price. Their agenda is to make you use up your platinum as fast as they can. It does not matter if you have spent 1USD or 10,000 USD, their game moderators have been trained to extract the last bit of money you have from you. They do *not* tolerate actual free players.

They promote their game as "Ninjas play for free". It's a fake advertisement. They don't like or tolerate ninjas or free players. They use Buddhist decor (as seen in Dojo decorations) to induce the Eastern population of players to be happy but they do the opposite of what is preached in Buddhism. For them, it's just another way to incentivize the player to spend.

Digital Extreme's work culture is *thoroughly corrupt* and I would not be surprised if there is sexual harrassment, double dealing, bribes, oppressive workplace politics and a general insincerity in their next to zero work ethics. All of this is reflected in how they do business and manage their game. Nothing about their game is secure. You think you're going to spend 100 USD and they will stop bothering you? That's fantasy.

I forgot to mention. They also actively segregate mostly players who use the European Server. Why the European Server? Because that server has the cheapest prices out of all. If a gamer is very experienced and also does not spend, they will isolate him. Noone will be able to contact him even if he is online. You won't be able to invite him to party, you won't be able to trade with him and you also won't be able to contact him. In the warframe.market website, it will show that player is online and in the game, but you won't be able to contact him. This is another dirty tactic by Digital Extremes to control player population.
They also spy on your web activities like cookies, browser history, your accounts in various websites, mainly anything pertaining to items or gears which you have bookmarked to buy later. This is done so that they'll know what you want to buy. As such, the practice is harmless but the question arises, what business do they have in accessing your computer/device? If they can snoop for warframe related monitoring, they can also stalk you online with the intent to gain unlimited access to your computer/device. And as stated earlier, employees like pablo have no qualms in cyberbullying.
