Job Vacancy – Visual Communication Design & Event Officer

A non-governmental organization with headquarter offices based in Jakarta is seeking a talented Visual Communication Design & Event Officer whose experience in producing a wide range of marketing collateral for print and web use, internal and external communications, photography, videography and event organizing.

The Visual Communication Design & Event Officer will work closely with several high leaders in the organization and committed to bring impact for society and Indonesia.

Job Description are listed below including but not limited to:
1. Willing to travel and work mobile/remotely and working in Weekend if needed
2. Converting text from Bahasa Indonesia into English quickly (having skill to translate into Chinese is a PLUS)
3. Creating and designing all the NGO visual identity implementation such as e-Poster, Backdrop, Banner, Certificate, Magazine, etc.
4. Ensuring all publications both digital and printed materials in line with brand identity
5. Developing, maintaining and updating photos, videos, and news into NGO’s website
6. Taking photos and videos during offline or online event
7. Maintaining all the NGO documentation gallery (photos, videos, designs) files
8. Operating OBS, Livestreaming and Zoom Meeting while the NGO have an online event
9. Proposing content plan for the social media every month
10. Creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram to grow an audience and build brand awareness.
11. Researching and securing venues, planning and managing NGO event’s calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking, and delivering on event brief objectives.

Essential Criteria:
1. Man (Preferably single), maximum age 26 years old
2. Understanding the Buddhism principle’s and teachings
3. Fresh graduate are welcome
4. Have driving license (SIM A & C) and can drive car and motorcycle
5. High level of creativity and ability to develop a range of campaign concepts
6. Excellent English communication skills
7. Extensive experience with the use of the Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.
8. Proficiency in photography, videography and media production skills
9. Familiar with OBS, Livestreaming and basic Web-design skill
10. Be highly proficient in the use of IT with demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint
11.Skilled in project management
