The Equalizer 3 is an upcoming American thriller film directed by Antoine Fuqua. It is a sequel to the 2014 film The Equalizer and the 2018 film The Equalizer 2, based on the TV series of the same name. The film stars Denzel Washington. It was announced on January 13, 2022 and is scheduled to begin filming in 2022.[1] On April 20, 2022, it was announced that the film would release on September 1, 2023.
