MINGYUR RINPOCHE’S PITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HEART SUTRA AND DIAMOND SUTRA

The Heart Sutra and Diamond Sutra are two of the most important texts among the Buddha’s teachings on emptiness.
We copy the text, study it, recite it.
But how do we practice it?
This time we won’t just be “listening to the sutras”.
Meditation master Mingyur Rinpoche will give pith instructions on the practices of emptiness contained in the Heart Sutra and Diamond Sutra.
We invite you to join us, to make time for this great opportunity to listen, contemplate and meditate on these profound teachings.

Tergar Asia invites you to join us.

The Essence of Diamond Sutra
Oct 1-3, 9-10 Daily 7.15-9pm
Vajra means diamond. Emptiness is like the diamond that can destroy the most sturbborn grasping on what we believe to be truly existing. Mingyur Rinpoche will guide us to meditate on teachings of the Vajracchedika Prajnaparamita Sutra, more commonly known as the Diamond Sutra, over five sessions. Let this gentle but powerful “emptiness diamond” destroy our shell of ignorance to reveal our true nature. This course is open to all. No registration needed.
