Infrastructure development and special autonomy are one of the government's priority programs in Papua. The community also feels the benefits and supports the continuation of Development and Special Autonomy volume II in order to realize a more advanced and prosperous Papua.

“Many educational scholarships are provided by the government such as Affirmasi, Special Autonomy and LPDP. Because Otsus is presented by the government for the welfare of the Papuan people”

Various Papuan community leaders, consisting of tribal chiefs, youth leaders and religious leaders, also support the sustainability of special autonomy (otsus) volume II.
