FOLLOWING THE DATE OF SEASON 2 RELEASE FROM FORTNITE CHAPTER 2

Fortnite's developer, Epic Games, has now revealed its plans for when Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 2 will be released. Through uploads on Community Update, Season 2 will be present two weeks longer than the players expected.

After postponing the release of Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 2 by presenting a new event so that players remain excited to play, many of the players believe that the new season will be present at the beginning of February 2020.

However, these predictions turned out to be wrong. Epic Games has now revealed that they will release Season 2 on February 20, 2020.

Epic Games revealed that the withdrawal of the release of Season 2 was caused by physical damage to the system from the Unreal Engine they were using.

In order to anticipate some of the trouble-shooting and fine-tuning needed during the transition period, Epic Games will run tests with a number of small players.

One of the Fortnite data miners, ShiinaBR, has now leaked several new sightings on the Fortnite map that will be present in Season 2 in Chapter 2 of the battle royale game.
