3. After that enter the following information in the required field-username and captcha
4. Select the option to reset the password either via the alternate email address or via the phone number
5. Based on the option that you choose, you will receive a temporary password
6. Type that password in the TELUS email forgot password page
7. Follow the instructions to reset the password
