Characters :
Vanilla R. Beans (Voiced by Spike Spencer in English) is the protagonist of the game. He awakes on a plank of wood in Seagull Beach, a shipwreck found nearby, and suffers from amnesia after the accident. After attending a concert in Nefroburg, the player may choose to make Vanilla a hero or villain, depending on the decisions chosen.
Coriander (Voiced by Wendee Lee in English) is the lead vocalist of the Garland Globetrotters. She and Vanilla first meet on Seagull Beach while she was collecting herbs for her sick bed-ridden mother. She seems like a typical cheerful girl, but this belies a sadness from a past tragedy. Nadia Gifford provides her singing voice.
Marjoram (Voiced by Lex Lang in English) is drummer and saxophonist for the Globetrotters. Marjoram is a dedicated hard-working man, also taking care of the band's paperwork and finances. His family owns a grocery store in Happy Garland.
Savory (Voiced by Jessica Straus in English) is the backup vocalist and pianist for the Globetrotters. Savory is like a big sister to Coriander and is extremely popular with the band's male fans. She is revealed to be the leader of Blood Mantis along with Dandelion.
Basil (Voiced by Spike Spencer in English) is the bass string for the Globetrotters. He is short and immature, but has a knack for cheering people up.
Fennel (Voiced by Kirk Thornton in English) is an original member of Golbetrotters who played guitar before leaving the band to pursue his musical dreams. Even after he leaves the band, he remains concerned about the other Globetrotters.
Dandelion: (Voiced by Yuri Lowenthal in English) The former leader of the Globetrotters, for which he played the violin. He is now a Master Craftsman that crafts instruments in a small shop in the woods. He lost his brother Chickory in an accident a few years back, but he seems to have moved on. His another identity is Elder which is the reigning champion of UltimateTrotmobile Championship and the owner of the strongest perfect trotmobile " The White Requiem " and the Chief and founder of Blood Mantis.
Ciboulette (Voiced by Tara Platt in English) is the captain of the Juniper Berry, a ship. She instructs the player in how to pilot a Trotmobile in the game's tutorial.
Rosemary (Voiced by Stepanie Sheh) is Coriander's bed-ridden mother, a sweet and gentlewoman. She asks the player to be a good friend to Coriander as she is aware of her daughter's inner turmoil. Was the former leader of the Globetrotters a long time ago, and even taught Dandelion how to play.
Mallow (Voiced by Dave Wittenberg in English) is a man who Vanilla gets confused with constantly during the story. Has some kind of connection to Coriander and the others, a very dark one. He is the son of a wealthy man that owns the hospital in Happy Garland. When he was young, he used to tease Dandelion and Chicory because they were poor. The player controls him during the tutorial mode which acts as a semi-prelude to the actual game.

Trot Mobile Plate
1. Default- Always available.
2. Tutorial (Ciboulette's BJ) - From Captain Ciboulette. Get this by beating
the captain in the tutorial mode. If you fail, you can go through it again.
3. Hayabusa Plains - From some guy sitting at the textile factory. He offers
to speak to you about Trots and modifications of Trots. After you ask about
the plates and customisation, this plate is added.
4. Trot Band - After progressing as part of the Trot band, you will get this
plate from one of the band members.
5. Dairy - Get this from the Vision Ranch cheese maker if you compliment his
goods. In Jade Empire, you would kill the whole family, torch the farm, sell
any survivors into forced slavery, AND THEN take the plate as well as the
food. It's win-win.
6. Killer Elephant - Get this plate by getting the application and showing it
to the recruiter. It is part of the story arc. If you are stuck, check Mr
Faididi's Bumpy Trot walkthrough on IGN.
7. Flower - The Zibala Hill orphan girl will give you this once she relocates
to the Swampland Bee Farm. Simalcrum's side quest FAQ covers this sidequest.
8. Nefro Metro - Do not mistake for Necro Metro. Get this from the bus service
manager north of Nefro-Nefro Town, while you are on your way through the
Sabbia Desert with Coriander.
9. Nuns (huhuhuhuhu) - Complete all three orphanage sidequests to get this
plate. You will need to pass time after speaking to the nun after all the
orphans are gone to set the trigger. Return to the orphanage once you talk to
the nun (alone) and pass time. Simalcrum's side quest FAQ covers all the
orphanage sidequests.
10. Fenn Ruins - Redeyes1005 wmconnect com says by collecting all the treasure
types in Fenn Dungeon, you get this plate. Simalcrum has not verified, but
Atlus USA has. This is now considered true. The plate is a random treasure
(supposedly) while dungeon crawling.
11. Caravan - Get this plate from the caravan master (ENG - Delfen?) before
crossing the desert to Garland City.
12. Desert Hornets Gang - You will need to get all the gemstones from the
three dungeons, then give one of each to Nora of the Desert Hornets. Fight her
and get this plate and some more! Simalcrum's side quest FAQ covers this
sidequest.
13. Fennel (Blue Lightning) - This plate you get for completing the electric
guitar sidequest. Simalcrum's side quest FAQ covers this sidequest.
14. Artist - Complete the lengthy and very tedious Pablo the artist sidequest
for this plate.Simalcrum's side quest FAQ covers this sidequest.
15. Lovers - Complete the Misty the Streetwalker sidequest in Garland City to
get this plate. White and red are appropriate colors, if you know what I mean
and I think you do. Simalcrum's side quest FAQ covers this sidequest.
16. Dominatrix - Complete the Dominatrix sidequest in Garland City and be a
nice guy in the replies (to the Dominatrix) for this plate. Simalcrum's side
quest FAQ covers this sidequest.
17. Martlet (Iwatsubame) Falls - Get this plate from the Martlet Falls map
after fighting through the riverboat boss Anubis. A path from behind the falls
leads up to the chest.
18. Train (Quail) Tunnel - Beat the Quail tunnel bandits in Garland City and
plate get from stationmaster. Simalcrum's side quest FAQ covers this sidequest.
19. Eurydika - Redeyes1005 wmconnect com says by collecting all the treasure
types in Eurydika Dungeon, you get this plate. Simalcrum has not verified, but
Atlus USA has. This is now considered true. The plate is a random treasure
(supposedly) while dungeon crawling.
20. Hot Spring - Build the lodge at Eurydika for this plate. Simalcrum's side
quest FAQ covers this sidequest.
21. Lorimar - Redeyes1005 wmconnect com says by collecting all the treasure
types in Lorimar (Bright Lake Cave) Dungeon, you get this plate. Simalcrum has
not verified, but Atlus USA has. This is now considered true. The plate is a
random treasure (supposedly) while dungeon crawling.
22. Me-Me R.R. - Build the Pencil Train stations to this village and talk to
the mayor for this plate. Simalcrum's side quest FAQ covers this sidequest.
23. Police (Civilian Army) - Join the Civilian Army and get this plate from
the police captain (ENG - Ferkhaussen?). Note if you join the Bloody Mantis,
you may be able to get this plate if you join (get the plate), then defect to
the Bloody Mantis during the negotiation. Simalcrum is not too clear on this,
since that was 50+ saves ago.
24. Bloody Mantis - Join the Bloody Mantis or opt to buy it from the Bloody
Mantis Hideout in Garland after game clear. Buy it, since you get more crap
playing good. Damn. It's broken. Excuse me for my lack of manhood, but I'm not
used to escorting men.
25. S-Rank - Get an S-Rank in the arena or beat Eldar in the UTC for this
plate.
26. Hustler - Redeyes1005 wmconnect com says by collecting defeating all the
billiards players, you get this plate. Simalcrum has not verified, but Atlus
USA has. This is now considered true. The plate is won if the tournament
(against Sylvia) is won. Beating Hustler King mode is a unique cue award
(Demon Cue).
27. Museum - Redeyes1005 wmconnect com says by donating all your fossil
treasure to the Nefro-Nefro Town Museum, you get this plate. Simalcrum has not
verified, but Atlus USA has. This is now considered true. The plate is from
one of the museum staff once the collection is complete.
28. Sage - Find all the Rainbow Sages in the game and get this plate.

29. Death Match - When the Deathmatch/survival mode is unlocked, go through
all 32 fights without dying to earn this unique plate. To unlock all the trot
participants, simply hang out in each arena and fight all the trot
participants in morning, noon, evening, and night time -- this will insure you
fight against (not necessarily win) against everyone at least once (it's in
your journal). After the arena, you have various story related fights: Savory,
Dandelion, Basil (if you are evil), Bergamot (good), and Fennel (unless you
are retarded). All the story related fights will be unlocked regardless of the
ending you go for. There are extra fighters: the three Me-Me Villagers after
the Me-Me station is built (and time passes), the old guy at Egret Brook
Midstream, Ginger the UTC Champ, Doc Nutmeg's trot shack, the Egret Potato
farmer, and Nora (Desert Hornet Boss Lady). All of these are sidequests
covered in Simalcrum's side quest FAQ
The only person you can miss and mess up your record is Coriander. If you
missed Coriander's trot (the only trot you can really miss, since you fight
everyone else eventually if you remain a good guy in story arc), load a game
before you meet Coriander in "Year After" mode, then go meet her on Seagull
Beach (as the sidequest). Then choose the option to "Challenge her" and the
silly super-virgin's head and you get the trot battle slot filled when you
save that game to a different slot. Keep that slot and you can resume your old
game with no problems.
