Ireland first country to ban goods produced on Israeli-occupied lands
Ireland is banning all goods produced on illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank. It is the first EU country to do so. The Occupied Territories Bill was passed by the Irish parliament by an overwhelming majority. EU countries condemn the Israeli occupations, but keep importing products from these areas. The bill holds Israel accountable for its atrocities and human rights abuses.
