Trump ending shutdown with no border funding
ABC news is reporting Trump will reopen the government without any funding for the border wall. No National Emergency will be declared at this time.

Breaking: Suspicion is that Trump will declare a national emergency after the 35 days. A national emergency declaration may work or it may be the worst possible thing he can do. It will likely require a Supreme Court decision to advance the wall. A federal judge will declare the building of a wall illegal before it starts. By the time the SCOTUS gets to it Trump will either be out of office or on his way.
