Requirements

• 25 – 35 years old.
  
• Minimum D3 any major from reputable university.
  
• Fluent in English, mandarin is preferred.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience purchasing import or relevant experiences.
  
• Having knowledge/experiences in office administration is a must.
  
• Good computer literate.
  
• Good communication, negotiation skill and fast learner.
  

 
Responsibility

• Monitoring and follow up the shipment.
  
• Support and handle import administration.
  
• Prepare, create and support for office administration.
  
• Taking care of the official administration of the director's travel.
  
• Generate a monthly report for all job activities.
