Eartha Kitt’s Santa Baby is people's favourite Christmas song to have sex to over the festive season, according to a new survey.
Ooh la la!
The 1953 classic, taking a tongue-in-cheek look at a Christmas list addressed to Santa Claus by a woman who wants extravagant gifts, was chosen by 19% of those polled.
It includes the line: “Think of all the fun I’ve missed, think of all the fellas that I haven’t kissed!”
Santa Baby narrowly beat Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas Is You, chosen by 17.5%.

Two recent controversies make the top four.
In third place was Fairytale of New York by The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl (11%).
Fourth place went to Baby, It’s Cold Outside by Dean Martin (9%) and Last Christmas by Wham came in fifth (7%).
Our favourite songs for Christmas sex were chosen in a poll of 5,400 people by the UK’s biggest online sex toy retailer, Lovehoney.
In sixth was Chris Rea’s Driving Home For Christmas (5%).
It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas by Michael Bublé  (4.75%) in seventh.
I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day by Wizzard was eighth (4.4%).

The list was completed by Let It Snow by Bing Crosby in ninth (3%) and Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee in tenth (2.7%).
Lovehoney found that almost six out of ten couples (57%) have more sex at Christmas than at other times of the year.
The favourite day for sex is Christmas Eve, chosen by 32% of couples, followed by Christmas Day (18%), New Year’s Eve (17%), St Stephens Day (10%) and New Year’s Day (4%).
A Lovehoney spokesperson said:
“We all love a Christmas song and it’s great to see an absolute classic like Santa Baby topping the list.”
Lovehoney’s sales peak at Christmas as increasing numbers of couple share sexy festive gifts.
Eight out of ten Lovehoney customers are couples in settled relationships..
