Have you tried over night oats? Mash a banana in a cup or bowl add about 6 tablespoons of porridge oats, cover in milk of choice and leave in the fridge overnight. Really cheap, healthy and requires zero time in the morning.
I also add peanut butter to mine and use almond milk. Some people add yogurt, berries, cinnamon, apples etc you can also add protein powder, seeds all kinds of stuff
