EARTHWORK SUPERVISOR

Monitor and supervise site Earthworks activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.
Requirements:
• Min. High School with 7 years or Bachelor degree with 4 years experiences in civil field, especially in ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS or CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS
• Min. 3 years experiences in leadership or supervisory role
• Possess broad knowledge in Earthwork system
• Good analytical and supervisory skill
• Good communication in English
• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices
• Develop and follow JSA’s for all tasks
• Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term detailed execution plans
• Prepare and submit the regular report required by Project Controls to ensure report is submitted in timely manner
• Supervise Foremen activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner
• Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed
• Monitor PM schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules
• Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action
• Diagnose failure symptoms and determine maintenance of Earthworks structures to effectively and efficiently rectify them

INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICER

Analyze financial information of the Company and other listed companies, preparing investor relations material & a quarterly newsletter, and to support the annual report preparation.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree graduated from reputable university, preferably in accounting or management Investment

• Good in English (written and verbal) is a must
• Builds working relationships with the executive team and board members.
• Communications and cooperation skills with all other departments within the organization
Responsibilities:
• Identify those issues that are necessary to address in presentations of the company, and to inform management about these issues
• Prepare and organize annual calendar of events to meet with the shareholders of the company, potential investors and regular meetings with analysts

MINE ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

Control, monitor and supervise Business Mining Process by variance in the Project mining operations to ensure production is achieved in accordance with Project parameters, project schedule and budget and in compliance with Petrosea and project safety and environmental policy and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Min 6 (six) years experience as a Mining Engineer
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesian and English
• Good computer skill in Microsoft environment (Office) and other related application, such as mine planning and scheduling softwares
• Outstanding leadership skills
• May be required to assist at project sites
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to all mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations to achieve production targets
• Work with Senior Mining Engineer to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer
• Assist with the implementation of the BMP system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system
• Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan
• Assist the superior to develop and update mine plans and production schedules in accordance with project criteria
• Implement and manage the mining operations in accordance with the mine plan to achieve production schedules
• Organise, coordinate and manage production meetings internally and with the Client and arrange for distribution of minutes
• Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets

Monitor and review to Project Accountant activities relating to Finance & Accounting function activities in order to produce timely and accurate financial information specifically for project management purpose and Corporate.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting

• Attention to detail and accuracy essential
• Good command in English
• Good computer skill, especially in Excel program
• Familiar with accounting system
• Over time might be required to meet report deadlines

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control day to day F&A operations for projects – project reporting, analysis, forecasts, cash flow management, GL and Balance Sheet Management and Profit & Loss reconciliation and administration, especially with respect to:
- Revenue and Production Data and Estimates (Including Rise and Fall)
- Major Subcontractor and Supplier Cost Estimates
- Backcharge to Client
- Contingency – Risks and Opportunities
- Other costs, plant rates, capital equipment
• Monitor all Client and Subcontractors Invoices are issued and paid as per contract terms (including Back charges)
• Monitor the key contractual clauses – e.g. financial implications of damages, billing, other financial related clauses in the contract
• Responsible for completion of F&A requirements for project including initial project set up, bank accounts, systems, taxation

• Invoicing management including variation claim monitoring, rise & fall billing, and ensuring all has been claimed and submitted to Client as per contract terms, and monitor the cash payment receipt of invoices from Clients
• Identify financial aspect in contractual clauses (e.g. financial implications of damages, billing, others related financial clauses) in the contract and provide new concept, approach or feedback
• Monitor for completion of F&A requirements for new project account set up
• Monitor and control balance sheet accounts project (accrual, recoverable expenses, etc.)

Prepare and assist in preparation and implementation Project Execution Plan, from identify project plans and proposals to review & analyse project progress; ensuring all documentations and specifications, both internal and external, are conform to Company’s standard and procedures
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 3 years previous experiences as Project Engineer especially in EARTHWORK/CAMP/BUILDING PROJECTS
• Proven track record of performing a Project Engineers role in projects in the Mineral Sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines
• Required to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities
• Requires multitasking capabilities (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc)
• Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.
Responsibilities:
• Assists in preparation and implementation of PEP (Project Execution Plan).
• Prepare and distribute a description and timeline of the project; calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Maintain a TQ status report to track all TQ’s.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s’ performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Keeps an accurate record and electronic database of all elements of the projects.
• Prepare report review of entire project for continuity and completeness daily, weekly, and/or monthly

RIGGING & LIFTING FOREMAN

Monitor and coordinate rigging and scaffolding daily activities to ensure rigger and scaffold work are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform to company’s standard and policies.
Requirements:
• Min. High School degree
• Min. 3 years experiences as a Rigging & Lifting Foreman min. in Plant / Process environment or similar capacity
• BP Migas certified and Basic Rigging certified would be an advantage
• Knowledge in various rigging, lifting, and scaffolding techniques
• Proactive safety attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise of the activities of the Rigger and Scaffold, including preparation of tools and Consumables require establishing and maintaining the Project
• Responsible in maintain and repair rigging and scaffolding system in Site/Project
• Check and examine all rigging and scaffolding equipment location and economizing by using test equipment standard and observe its function
• Conduct formal annual performance review all direct reports, identifying strengths and weaknesses, training needs and agreeing upon goals for the future
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance counseling as required for all direct reports
• Prepare and submit reporting required
• Communicate and monitor safety procedures implementation in work environment and process in order to maintain safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations in this respect
• Review and analyze of failure to plant, monitor degradation and report pending equipment failure for compilation into backlog.
TYRE ENGINEER

Manage & control all related data, information on tyre & rim maintenance activities in regard for enTIRE data base management & recording. To create tyre replacement planning, forecast, tyre damage analysis, and road conditions, as well as present regular report at site level.
Requirements:
• Minimum D3 in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with 1-3 years experiences in Mining Industry or having international recognised trades qualification with min. 5 years experiences.
• Has good knowledge of Tyre management software such as TTC, enTIRE, Fleetaid, etc.
• Has good knowledge with haul road analysis, TKPH, tyre selection and management.
• Has good capability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis.
• Has good knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management systems and standards.
• Is competent in use of MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access.
• Have good spoken and written English language skills.
• Very good in managing reports (management system, technical documentation, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• To ensure all works carry out and team members are maintaining and implementing Petrosea HSE programs including Environmental Management System.
• Develop & manage tyre forecast replacement, matching, and repair plan
• Manage tyre database to ensure data captures are valid and can be utilise properly
• Analysed tyre scrap so as not to repeat itself at a later times
• Conduct tyre life cycle analysis and develop data required for Tire Cost analysis to support optimal planning mining operation requirements
• Conduct comprehensive studies for tire wears and giving recommendation to optimise tyre life.
• Review current operational activities & working environment which affecting tyre life performance and proactively promote recomendations for improvement.
• Work with Asset to get the correct specification for tire type/brand and improving PTP current tire management such as TKPH(Ton Kilometer Per Hour) monitoring and TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System)
