TECHNICAL SERVICE
The Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience as Engineer in mining services or hard rock experience is preferred
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
• Computer literacy with reporting experience.
• Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
• Hold a Driver’s license
• The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system.

TRAINING SUPERINTENDENT
General Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in Learning or Talent Development
• Understanding of processes and methodologies of Business and Production Process
• Skill in all aspects of building strong internal and external client relationships. Knowledge of explosives and explosives related industries.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines.
• Basic Leadership ability to lead and guide user to implementing the L&D system
• Knowledge of Mining and Explosive Industries or any engineering industries
• Computer literacy. Intermediate or Advanced Excel Skills is desired but not essential.
• Experience working in a high tech, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Strong facilitation skills
• Experience in coaching and train the trainer delivery
• Experienced in TNA design and analysis
• Content evaluation and customization skills especially in complex skills and challenging soft skills contexts
HSE COORDINATOR
Requirements:
• Min of 5+ years’ experience in HSE field
• Under graduate in OHS, Mining, and Chemical.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
• Computer literacy with reporting experience
• Experienced in managing and supporting the delivery of HSE plan, policies and procedures
• Experience to undertake Risk Assessments and Incident Investigations
SITE MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
• At least 7 years’ experience as Engineer in mining industry
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
• Computer literacy with reporting experience.
• License of Frontline Operational Management (POM)
• Hold a Driver’s license
• The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability of leadership capable of steering the team to implement the program
OPERATION SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in mining or studies related area.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the explosives/mining industry.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
• Computer literacy with reporting experience.
• Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
• Hold a Driver’s license; for heavy vehicle would be an advantage.
• The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system
PLANT SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in mining or studies related area.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the explosives/mining industry.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
• Computer literacy with reporting experience.
• License of Frontline Operational Management (POP)
• Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
• Hold a Driver’s license; for heavy vehicle would be an advantage.
• The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system
• Experience with manufacture of emulsion matrix.
• Experience with safety, environment, quality (ISO9000).
MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in machinery or electricity or automation.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance and engineering department work experiences in heavy equipment’s
• Experience Lead or assist construction or engineering project.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good Knowledge of Electrical / Instrumentation / Process Control
• Strong knowledge of safety.
• Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices
• Work experience in international company.
• Familiar with Microsoft project, SAP and ACAD is beneficial.
ELECTRICIAN SPECIALIST
Requirements:
• Minimum D3 Electrical or relevant background education
• Minimum 4 or more experiences in the equipment maintenance industry
• Computer literacy intermediate level.
• Knowing and being able to do the work concerning the strong and weak currents flow in electricity.
• Contractor Management experience
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, team-based environment.
• Good housekeeping to all maintenance tools.
MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in or relevant background education
• Minimum 6 or more years experiences in the equipment maintenance industry
• Computer literacy intermediate level.
• Experience Lead or assist construction or engineering project.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices
• Work experience in international company.
• Familiar with Microsoft project, SAP and ACAD is beneficial.
• Experience in plant and all equipment, license Demonstrated ability to build and lead a diverse team to deliver on budget, schedule and quality targets
