A. Pipe Belt Conveyor Superintendent (PBC – SPT)


Responsibilities: 
• Ensured the belt conveyor operation pipeline well underway
• Understand repair and replace rollers of pipe belt conveyor
• Understand belt conveyor splicment technique
• Able to handle and solve trouble shooting in pipe belt operation
• Knowledge maintenance isolation standard procedure “Log Out and Tag Out”
• Understand mechanical and electrical in pipe belt conveyor operational system
• Able under work force pressure for achieve production target with zero accident target
• Maintain environmental as Indonesia standard regulation (B3)
• Report to Head Division of Operational Production (Manager)

Job Requirement:
• 35-45 years old, Min bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Min 7 years experiences in same field 
• Have a skill and understand Conveyor Operational
• Have the POP and POM license will be advantage
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in an organization
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills (Strong leadership, decision making, honest and integrity) 
• Work location: Taliabu Site – North Maluku

C. Equipment Deputy Department Head (Code : EQM – DPT)


Responsibilities: 
• Planning & Scheduling about Preventive, predictive, corrective and maintenance and Equipment Production
• Budgeting Equipment production maintenance
• Coordination in spare part procurement
• Monitoring and inspecting Equipment Production
• Make weekly and monthly report and present

Job Requirement:
• 30-45 year old, Min bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 years experiences in same field

D. Mining Superintendent (CODE : MNG – SPT)


Responsibilities: 
• Able to make the production plan and work plan for the realization of the attainment targets specified production.
• Able to synergize the working process in internal parts of the Mining Department (Drilling, Survey, Mine Plan and Mine Operations).
• Able to ensure contractors always give priority to safety in running operations, and follows the design of the mine are given. 
• Capable of ensuring the availability of daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports. Able to create good communication and coordination with related parties (contractors, as well as with other departments in the management of Taliabu Group). 
• Is able to take decisions quickly and precisely, according to the authority and responsibilities of the position. 
• Has a strong, assertive leadership and capable of coordinating subordinates. 
• Mastering one soft ware mines (Auto Cad, Surpac, or other programs).
• Understanding the regulation of mining safety, environmental protection and the application of the rules of good mine (good mining practice).

Job Requirement:
• Min Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering 
• Min 10 years experiences in open pit mining management;
• Able to operate Mining Software: AutoCad, Mining Design, Surpac, Mine Scape
• Master Sort Term & Long Term Plan and mining operation
• Have the POP & POM license will be advantage
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in an organization
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills (Strong leadership, decision making, honest and integrity) 
• Work location : Taliabu Site – North Maluku


E. Mining Supervisor (CODE : MNG – SPV)


Responsibilities: 
• Carry out the monitor and control of the mining operations conducted by the contractor. Monitoring and control of, among other things: the situation and condition of a workplace that is safe, secure way of working. Excavation, loading and transport of ore/OB. Buildup in the stock pile or in the disposal, hauling road conditions, embankment and drainage. 
• Monitoring and control of the operations of the contractor in accordance with the design set, includes, among others, elevation and cut boundaries extracting ore/OB, slope and high level. 
• Carry out communications and coordination with contractors and with all internal departments of Taliabu Group. 
• Able to make work reports daily, weekly and monthly.
• Able to arrange subordinates, making the work schedule, attendance attendance, overtime and other assignments as needed jobs. 
• Able to take a decision in accordance with the authority and responsibilities of the position.

Job Requirement:

F. Design Process Engineer (CODE : DPE-SPV)


Responsibilities: 
• Coordinate the various aspects of the process engineering, including design, planning and development.
• Evaluating system production and research development. Make design process for optimizing production.
• Undertake scoping study level trade-off evaluations of process alternatives;
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility level capital and operating costs for metallurgical process plants; 
• Assist in the development of processing plans, methods, design, materials handling, manpower requirements, cost analysis and other areas as appropriate; 
• Review design, management and interpretation of mineralogy studies, aimed at understanding the ore types present and the interaction of the ore types with processing performance; 
• Design, manage and interpret bench-scale laboratory experiments aimed at understanding the mineral dressing characteristics of ores of rare metals, including rare earths; 
• Design, manage and interpret bench-scale laboratory experiments aimed at understanding the hydrometallurgical processing of ores of rare metals, including rare earths and rare earth separation plants;
• Design, manage and interpret solvent extraction studies and design solvent extraction circuits for the recovery of rare metals and the separation of rare earths
• Design, manage and interpret pilot plant demonstrations of metallurgical processes; 
• Oversee the development and maintenance of long and short term processing plans, processing designs and input into mine development efforts as appropriate; 
• Apply a sound basic knowledge of safety, environmental and energy-related issues during the execution of projects;

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering 
• At least 7 years of industrial experience including two years in operations
• Age 30-45 years old
• Have the capability of analyze and process design 
• Have the capability of production research 
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Placement in Site Taliabu – Northh Maluku.


G. Translator Mandarin (TRS)


Responsibilities: 
• Responsible in translating documents from Mandarin to Indonesia and from Indonesia to mandarin
• Becoming translator among local and foreign workers

Requirement: 
• Age 27-45 years
• D3/S1 in all subject with experience of minimum one year working in mining site
• Able to translate from Mandarin to Indonesia oral and written
• Having good communication capability
• Willing to be stationed at Site Taliabu – North Maluku.


H. Company Doctor (Kode : DR)


Responsibilities: 
• Implementing a corporate Clinic patient service in accordance with the procedures and regulations. Perform tasks as well as referrals to the medical officer at the site for the purpose of treatment, treatment against the patient and the patient public enterprises correctly and accurately. 
• Medical action/intervention to patients in accordance with competencies. 
• Keep the facilities, cleanliness, preparedness, and fitness clinics and tools used for the purpose of treatment and patient care. 
• Provide health education in accordance with the circumstances and needs of the patient. 
• Do some checking drug stockpiles and depleted in every clinic tool wear and make daily reports on drug stocks. 
• Make daily reports of patients, who each month will be repeated monthly report of recapitulation patients. 
• Implementation of waste management medic properly.

Requirement
• Min S1 medicine, age 27-45 years old. 
• Work in the field of medicine experienced min 2 years. 
• Have the capability of two-way communication. 
• Have a good conceptual. 
• Have the ability to Systematic thinking, analysis of the problem. 
• Has an interest in working in remote areas. 
• Capable of taking good decisions based on the results of the analysis of the problem
• Will be placed at Taliabu Island


I. Legal (CODE : LGL)



Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain Legal and administrative documentation to make sure the Legal process in accordance with the instructions and SOP. 
• Compose/make and do the draft documentation of correspondence. 
• Compose/make a draft summary or review the law against new regulations that have the potential for impacting the company’s business and subsidiaries. 
• Prepare the completeness of legal documents as a requirement in the process of extension of the permits or documents permitting the company and its subsidiaries related to the legal corporate scale.
• Compose/create/review and document the draft instrument a cooperation agreement between the company and its subsidiaries with the second party in accordance with the legal aspects and the provisions of the legislation applicable as well as other provisions of the tangent that refer to related work unit needs so that the process of operational activities of the company and subsidiaries can run well in accordance with the applicable procedures. 
• Implement policies in accordance with the business requirements of the company and its subsidiaries to ensure that all its activities are appropriate Legal Counsel Accountability. 
• Attend and prepare/court report summary execution when there are Forum discussions or meetings. Make a report at regular intervals over the performance of the implemented according to applicable SOP.


Requirement: 
• Age of 28-35 years. At least Bachelor degree majoring in Education Law. 
• Has the work experience of 2-3 years. 
• Have a high legal analysis capabilities. 
• Understand the preparation/review document of the agreement. 
• Able to work in teams as well as individuals. 
• Willing to make the trip out of town. Preferably never had work experience in law office. 
• Have the ability of spoken and written in English
• Placement in Head Office


J. Recruitment Specialist (CODE : RS )


Responsibilities: 
• Doing recruitment process from job posting, resume screening, candidate selection, arranging interview, and candidates interview (A to Z process)
• Create a daily report of recruitment results
• Sourcing for vendor to speed up the recruitment process.
• Negotiation contract and salary to candidates. 
• Maintain manpower records and files, appointment letter/work contracts, personnel actions, evaluations and longevity
• Create and update HR policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with the stator requirement and company standards and ensure adherence by all departments and staffs. This include creating and developing company regulation and code of conduct.
• Collaborate with external party regarding human resource activities (recruitment/ assessment/ training /HRIS, etc)
• Make a plan to do campus recruitment or campus hiring.

Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management/ psychology 
• At least 2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably supervisor 
• Experience in recruiting is necessary
• Excellent Interpersonal skill, communication skill, negotiation skill, and relationship building skill
• Target oriented, detail oriented and high initiative
• Able to work in a team as well to work independently with minimal supervision
