1. Cost Estimator

Requirement :
• Candidates possessing 10-15 years’ experience in Cost Estimation for medium to large scale Oil and Gas projects & power projects. Should have the experience of latest Cost estimation tools and acquainted with the cost estimation concepts.
• Understand The Basic Cost Structure of a Projects
• Able to utilize available data base to estimate the cost of material and/or service by using scholastic estimating methods such as equipment factors, Lang factors, Hand factors, Chilton factors, Peters-Timmerhaus factors, Guthrie factors, the Miller method, gross unit costs/ratios, and other parametric and modeling techniques. And having the basic knowledge of data required to estimate the cost of several major material and/or service
• Understand the accuracy of cost estimation required of each project stage and effort required for the making the cost estimation
• Understand the cost inbuilt in to any cost item, such as logistic cost, insurance, import duty, tax etc.
• Additional, having the sense of benchmarking of cost which was gain thru an experience in doing several cost estimation and also involvement to procurement in project and/or proposal

2. Subcontract Engineer

Requirement :
• Candidates possessing 3 to 6 years’ experience as Subcontract in medium to large scale Oil and Gas projects & power projects.
• Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English

3. Project Control Engineer

Requirement :
• Candidates possessing 3 to 6 years’ experience as Project Control in medium to large scale Oil and Gas projects & power projects.
• Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Advanced in Primavera will be preferred

4. Performance Engineer for Coal Fired Power Plant

Main responsibility:
• Candidate possess experiences in project development, power plant project management, power plant design & engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning of coal fired steam power plant equipment especially PC/CFB Boiler technology
• Candidate have strong understanding in quality assurance and quality control of power plant construction project including welding standards, procedures, qualification, and non-destructive examinations.
• Excellent experiences in technical specifications of main power generation, and transmission line system (coal fired steam power plants and overhead transmission line of 150 kV).
• Has experience in monitoring the overall plant performance (heat rate) as well as the performance of individual equipment and subsystems (e.g. boilers, turbines, condensers, FW heaters, etc)
• Develop thermodynamic models for all related equipment and systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies between current operating data, model predictions and long term operating trends Model and predict consumption of coal, raw water, water treatment chemicals and other consumables, compare to current and long term trends, analyze the results and make recommendations for improvements.
• Guide and assist the Maintenance and Operation departments to effect improvements in plant performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot abnormal operating events and coordinate a solution between relevant parties.
• Promote safe and efficient operation to all performance.
• Develop appropriate procedure and instruction on performance section
• Undertake thermal efficiency optimization program, monitoring and reporting
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Having experience of minimum 10 (ten) years in the position as Performance Engineer in Thermal Power Plant
• Extensive knowledge of thermodynamics, performance testing and plant performance evaluation.
• Good overall knowledge of power plant operations.
• English language proficiency (both reading and writing)
• Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word and Excel).
