Purpose of the position:
• Help Customer in developing and implementing HR Development system.
• Together with technical team develop and implementing the SPISy 10 HR (Human Resource) System
Package

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization
Development.
2. Min 10 years proven track record of success in Human Resources career with at least 5 years experience as Consultant or in HR Management level
3. Experience in developing, provide consultation, execution of HR Strategic including Competency
Structure, Performance Evaluation, Assesment, Career Path and Talent Management
4. Relevant experience oversight to the execution of all HR activities including staffing, recruiting,
performance management, promotions, employee relations, compensations, engagement programs and
processes
5. Having experience with Japanese company/client (advantage).


Skills
• Deep knowledge and skill in organization & people development, employment law, compensation,
organizational planning, recruitment, employee relations, competency system, performance evaluation,
assesment, career path and talent management
• Outstanding in written, spoken, communication, negotiation and presentation skill.
• Demonstrated ability to provide consultation, proposal related with HR Development system
• Having knowledge of software development process is an advantage
• Have experience in using HR Package is an advantage
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word)

Certificate
• CPHRM and or OD (Organization Development)
• Any other related with HR Management

Language
• English: be able to read and write business documents, presentation and communicate in business
meeting
