The Force is an upcoming American crime fiction action film directed by James Mangold, produced by Ridley Scott, Shane Salerno and Kevin Walsh, and Steve Asbell, and written by David Mamet. It is based on Don Winslow corrupt cop epic novel The Force. It will be released by 20th Century Fox on March 1, 2019.
