He created sister company, PT. Mitra Tunggal Rajawali to become executive sole distributor in Indonesia. Later on, PT. Mitra Tunggal Rajawali also secured distribution right of other barber and salon products such as Mizutani scissor, YS-Park comb and clip, Clubman men’s grooming products and Barbicide disinfectant.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager position is responsible for planning and implementing sales programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Job Description:
  • To understand all products and brands with deep product knowledge
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Plans and oversees sales activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Achieves satisfactory sales target,profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to make business meetings and appointments with existing or potential clients..

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience
Three (3) years of related experience with progressive management experience.
Individual with attractive appearance will be highly considered (especially women)
