Plato custom-made commercial packaging and visual presentation for individual case. The present
methods could be 2D animation, 3D animation, real shooting and VR experience which provide
Indonesia developers such as ASG、APL、Synthesis、Mulia Group、PALMERINDO PROPERTI、
PT Alam Makmur Property、PT. RUKUN SEJAHTERA BERSAMA and design companies such

Job description:
1. Job title: Indonesia Marketing Manager
2. Department: Oversea Sales Department
3. Direct supervisor: General manager, Film Producer
4. Direct subordinates: Project execute in China
Job responsibilities:
1. Exploit existing customer resources
2. Develop new customer resources through existing customers and channel partners.
3. Carry out market development according to the company’s target customers.
Job Content:
1. Marketing survey and updates;
2. Clients information collection, including real estate developers, Ad company, Sales
representation company( With numerous resources)
3. Business visit, appointment;
4. Clients relations, secure the projects;
5. Script & Planning Proposal (Partially)
6. Weekly submit the work program and records;
Salary and welfare:
1. After the training, job transfer, simulation training, the evaluation result shows that the person
masters the basic skills of marketing, understands the target market, company products, customers,
competitors, production operation, financial system, reimbursement system, relevant legal
knowledge, the candidate shall apply for formal employment. (estimate 2 months)
2. Salary structure: commission fee+ basic salary + meal supplement + phone allowance + half
year performance bonus
3. Basic salary: Probation period 6 Juta/month, Full employment 7 Juta/month, Target Achieve 8
Juta/month.
4. Commission: to be discussed at interview.
5. Full reimbursement of business transportation fee
6. Subsidy of business communication expense.
Off days and holidays:
1. Working days from Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00;
2. Off days: Saturdays and Sundays, law regulated holidays in Indonesia;

1. Male, 25-30 years old, endure hardship, marketing experiences preferable;
2. Marketing, sales, old & new media, host experience preferable;
3. Real estate industry, Architect design company, Sales representation company, old & new
media resources preferable;
4. Dedicated, Practical, responsible and execution abilities;
5. Smart, social & acceptance abilities;
6. Good performance, express, communication, and coordinate abilities;
7. English speaking, reading, writing, Chinese listening, speaking abilities ;( All three English,
Chinese, Bahasa language abilities will be a plus.)
