• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any field
  
• Have experience preferably as Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager in Contact Center and Management Information System at least 3-5 years
  
• Have knowledge of computer literate (Ms. Office : Word, Excel and Power Point)
  
• Have knowledge of social media or digital marketing
  
• Good command in English, written & oral
  
• Good analytical, presentation and planning ability
  
• Good leadership skill and negotiation skill 8. Motivated, able to work under pressure and wise
  
• Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Kuningan – Jakarta Selatan
