'ever', has driven me crazy, it really does.
So recently it makes me crazy that people have put the 'ever' at the odd position of sentences, it has been there actually ever since the English was found.

Have you ever heard that people say, "you ever made?"., it is often found in such following sentences.

"What's the biggest mistake you ever made/make."
"Ever heard/hear of kangen band?".

It doesn't sound strange, don't you think?.
it is actually strange, why can't we say "you ever make?", for the present situation?, it even sounds stranger for me, can someone please spare a time to explain which is the right tense after 'ever' as an adverb in a sentence?, and what is the rule, is it right to say "you ever made/make." instead of "you've ever made."?.
