UX Researcher
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for data analyst and wireframing
Responsible for identification of user needs and goals and doing user interviews
Collect and analyze user behavior through server logs, online experiments (A/B testing), benchmark studies, lab studies, and surveys.
Documenting Customer Journeys, Top Tasks and other deliverables that will support the design and development of the system.
Iterate task with UX designer and able to communicate the scenarios, screen design, customer journeys and wireframes
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.
Conduct usability research both online and in the field and provide recommendations for improvement

JOB REQUIEREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.
Internet, search and advertising experience.
Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
Excellent working knowledge of statistics and the principles of experiment design.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
Excellent in handling tools such as : Google Analytics, Screen Caster (to record the observation process), Mic, Paper, Docs
Front End Developer (UX Engineer)
ESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.
Advise, collaborate with, and synthesise feedback from UX designers and researchers
Fulfil several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Design and implement new user-facing features in Google’s products.
Build the libraries and frameworks that support large, complex web applications like Gmail, Google Search, and Google Maps.
Optimise web applications to maximise speed and scale. Support diverse clients from high powered desktop computers to small footprint mobile devices.
Write client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly.

JOB REQUIEREMENTS :

Graduate min S1 eith degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3 years experience as Front End Developer / UX Engineer is a must
Development experience in JavaScript, C++, or Python.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
Web application development experience.
Significant experience developing user-facing software.
Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
Development experience designing object-oriented JavaScript.
Knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, Polymer, and Closure.
Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimisation techniques. An understanding of the principles of accessibility and can build products that are accessible to users with disabilities.
Product Manager
ESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Understand requirements from the business teams and build detailed product specifications for the same
Analyse the effectiveness of the current related features and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates, increase usage and improve conversion rates based on analytics data and good understanding of customer needs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to help define the product strategy that meets the external & internal customers needs while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource costs.
Work closely with the design & development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for current features.
Closely manage roll out of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.
In charge of market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritisation, high-level requirement gathering, and product marketing.

JOB REQUIEREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with min. 3 year(s) of working experience as Product Manager or Asst. Manager. Have an online/e-commerce background is a plus.
Product Management experience working in the online industry will be an added advantage
Works well under pressure has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results.
Must be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items.
A strong focus on detail, with the proven ability to ensure data and related reports are thorough and totally reliable.
A demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and working with new tools and technologies is essential. Must have a demonstrated ability to recommend the right tools and learn them as autonomously as possible.
Must be a strong and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills.

JOB REQUIEREMENTS:
Pendidikan minimal SMU/Diploma
Usia maksimal 28 tahun
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Staf Finance AR
Menguasai pembuatan laporan dengan Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, etc)
Menguasai sistem Accounting/Finance menjadi nilai tambah
Siap kerja lembur
