Moratelindo is a wholesale telecom infrastructure provider established in 2000. We went global by opening an office in Singapore in conjunction with the construction of submarine cable MIC-1 (Moratelindo International Cable-system One) connecting Jakarta-Singapore. Moratelindo is looking for
installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
replacing parts as required;
providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
supporting the roll-out of new applications;
setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;
rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers;
testing and evaluating new technology;
conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
Bachelor degree major in Accountancy
Maximum age 30 years old
Good knowledge of Accounting
Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position
Have knowledge of the process of budgeting, accounting, AP and Internal Control
Preferable from public accountant
Marketing Analyst Specialist
This position will be a key role in the project management and development of a seamless front end diagnostic and analytical Interactive experience for our customers. Role includes interacting with sales, IT, providing senior management with analytics and reporting, communicating with multiple levels of management, marketing and outside partners.
Provide data analytics to management on activity and performance
Manage requests from business units, gather detailed business requirements and turn requirements into functional specifications for application enhancements and new projects.
Works closely with Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, IT and Accounting to ensure marketing initiatives go to market seamlessly.
Analyzes customer base in order to identify customer segmentation opportunities based on profitability.
Conducts annual situation assessment (SWOT analysis) to understand past performance of products and services.
Responsible for compiling and publishing reporting that effectively communicates results and impact of advertising performance.
Assists in tracking monthly budgeted expenditures by program and by region; assists in accounts payable process, including processing of purchase orders.
Conducts ROI of marketing programs across channels, segments, and products.
Manage relationships with internal (cross department) & external constituents by working to gain alignment and maintaining momentum on launched initiatives
Positive attitude, team player with an intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to learn and create.
Highly proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g. write and use formulas, track statistics, manipulate data tables)
Experience with data management and manipulation
Strong communication skills, with ability to deliver concise and persuasive messages to various audiences and departments.
Works well under pressure; meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree from statistics or others relevant
Minimum 3 years business experience.
