Commercial Analyst
Responsibilities :

Prepare weekly and monthly report for each plant
Monitor the budget in each plant and prepare analysis against the actual balance
Prepare analysis on line by line basis for PL (revenue, cogs and expenses) balance of each plant
Assist GM of Commercial in daily basis assignment (financial modeling for contract restructuring, contract drafting, etc)

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Familiar with project financial planning
Good in analytic and reporting skills
Expert in Microst Excel

Adminitrasi
Responsibilities:
Providing the highest level of administrative services
Taking detailed notes at meetings and making minutes of meetings
Process travel booking for team in departmenr
Planning, developing and implementing filing system
Organizing timesheet, expenses claim, cash advances, settlement and bank matters
Other duties assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Secretarial or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience as Secretary or Administrator
Expert in administrative and secretarial skill
Fluent in Engish both written or spoken is a must
Have a good knowledge in basic accounting will be advantaged
Good computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Good interpersonal and communication skill

Data Analyst
Responsibilities
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Filter and verify data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
Excellent in Ms.Office, especially in Excel
Familiar with Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) would be an advantage
Good communication and analytical skill
Fluent in English, both written or spoken is a must
