Melakukan identifikasi terhadap masalah kerusakan atas perangkat IT
Melakukan perbaikan atas kerusakan yang terjadi pada perangkat IT
Memastikan perbaikan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP dan Service Level Agreement tercapai

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): troubleshooting printer, maintenance printer, Problem Identification And Solving.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

Bertanggung jawab dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga kerja perusahaan (staffing) mulai dari proses rekrutmen, seleksi hingga memastikan seluruh dokumen administrasi karyawan lengkap.
Bertanggung jawab penuh atas proses BPJS Kesehatan, dari proses pengaktifan, mutasi, hingga proses non-aktif).
Melaporkan turn over karyawan setiap bulannya kepada atasan (karyawan baru dan karyawan resign).
