IT Business Analyst - Senior Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
The Senior Manager is responsible to provide users in supporting business needs through identifying the needs and timely delivery of appropriate solutions for Life Asia and non Life Asia system and Projects

Job Requirements:
Minimal bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 7-8 years experience in the area of IT business analyst and system analyst, preferably from Life Insurance or Financial Institutions
Experience in using Life/Asia system
Able to speak English and write reports in English
Strong analytical skill in understanding the business requirements and reviewing functional specifications
Strong leadership skills
Has a good communication and interpersonal skills
Hard working and willing to work in challenging environments
Possesses knowledge of Query and SQL, Cobol or SMART or others language is an added advantage
IT Network Infrastructure - Assistant Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Plan, deploy and manage IT network and system infrastructure to support company’s business operation.
Lead the activities to resolve network & system infrastructure problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage execution of assigned project and ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
Support IT infrastructure audit activities to ensure that all hardware/software and processes comply with corporate policy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computer science, or equivalent
5 years of experience as a Network and system Engineer with 3+ years in a role placing emphasis on operations support, design, and implementation of large scale and complex enterprise networks.
Industry leading certifications preferred (Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint and others)
Hands on experience in TCP/IP, routing/switching, access-control lists, policy-based routing, Proxy, Bandwidth Management, firewalls, Intrusion Prevention System, MPLS, Leased Line, Wireless LAN, DNS, Video Conference, IP Telephony and Contact Center Infrastructure
Hands on experience in Windows server environment, Active Directory, Data Center, and Virtualization.
Project management experience working on multiple IT projects
Strong knowledge of the commonly used concepts, practices, technologies, and procedure within the network and system infrastructure technology, including routing & switching, network management and monitoring system, network security, IP Telephony, Data center, Cloud, Virtualization and IT service management frame work.
Expert knowledge of Cisco’s IOS, NX-OS & IOS-XR, Checkpoint, Bluecoat Proxy, Riverbed and other major network vendor platforms
Strong working knowledge of Project Management skill and methodology
Effective presentation, communications and customer relationship skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as a team on multiple projects and associated deliverables
Solid command of spoken and written English

IT QA Testing Management - Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Evaluate and maintain manual or automated test cases and report test results.
Excellent knowledge of Software Development life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing life Cycle (STLC).
Excellent knowledge in understanding business requirement into test cases
Excellent knowledge in analyzing impact to other modules while executing testing

Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Informatics
Experience in software tester min 6 years
Experience using automation testing tools, preferable HP UFT
Experience using defect tracking tools, Preferably Jira
