Technical Support Staff
Job Description:
Ensure the effectiveness of network capacity, PCs and servers, and give recommendation about the spesification of hardware / software to be used.
Plan schedule of instalation and maintenance of hardware, network, PCs, and software update.
Provide effective technical support to users
Register and record IT asset

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering with min GPA 3.00.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have experience in solving various Software & Hardware issues.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
