Responsibilities:
Analyze customer's requirements to be mapped to IFS HR applications
Execute project activities based on project plan within agreed timeframe, deliverables and budget
Provide training to the customer core team member

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology / Law / Management or other related major from reputable University
Having at least 5 years experiences as HR Generalist with last position minimum in Supervisor level
Knowledge & understanding about Competency and Human Capital
Knowledge using SAP, IFS, HRIS, Oracle or any human resource software is an advantage
Have experience using ERP system, Human Resource module is a must
Excellent in analytical skill and problem solving
Good communication skill to all levels in the organization
Having passion to work as Consultant with dynamic environment
Willing to learn and travel frequently

Database Oracle Consultant
equirements :
Male/Female max. 35 years old
Min Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, System Informasi, from reputable university
Min. 3 year’s experiences in related area
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Administration
Experience installing, configuring, tuning and upgrading Oracle database
Having passion to work as Consultant with dynamic enviroment
Knowledge in ERP , UNIX or LINUX is a plus
Strong analytical skill
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Excellent in documentation and communication skills

Junior / Senior Application Engineer
Requirements :
