IT Support – Asset Management staff
Responsibilities :

Help desk technicians provide prompt responses to questions from employees.
Handling troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and software.
Also handling document problems and conversations to create a log that can be referenced by other technicians and for training purposes.
Troubleshoot and maintain IT assets such as desktops, laptops, and printers
Maintain asset database and perform weekly stock opname of managed assets


Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s):
o have a strong knowledge in it hardware and software,
o working understanding of microsoft product such as office suite and windows oper
o preferable have baik/ comptia certification
o proficiency in english
o working knowledge of help desk software
o Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

IT Support Engineer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan and Bintaro Area.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
5 Full-Time, Contract and Internship position available.

Responsibilities
Ability to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PC's/ Laptop / Server equipment at the customer's premises.
Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of switch, server and storage problem.
Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case are closed.
Provide education and training of software to end users.
Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager.
Regular house keeping of all in-house systems and operating procedures.
Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work process.
Perform overtime as and when it required and having a 24x7 stand by.
Any other task as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor or manager.
Matrix based project team member on solution implementation and expasion.

Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT.
Knowledge on basic LAN/WAN network infrastructure is a must.
Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Windows Server is a must, Linux OS is preferable.
Have an analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems with minimum supervision.
Able to provide Helpdesk level support over phone / email / onsite
Experience in installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading, and maintenance of server, desktop PC, OS, Software and related peripheral.
knowledge in backup software, method and procedure is highly preferred.
Have a good communication skills, be meticolous and organized in your work, and be able to work well with tight deadlines.
A good team player.
Active in english is a plus.
Initial probation periode 3 months.

Kemampuan teknis dan pengalaman kerja
Memiliki pengetahuan tentang standard IT, pengalaman dalam bantuan teknis dan troubleshooting.
Memiliki sertifikasi Project Management lebih diutamakan
Berpengalaman dengan proses dan tahapan Project Management
Memiliki pengetahuan tentang produk produk IT.

Persyaratan:
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika/ Manajemen Informatika/ Teknik Elektro/ Teknik Komputer dibuktikan dengan ijasah
Memiliki Sertifikasi Project Manager ( PMP )
Pengalaman minimal 3 (tiga) tahun dibuktikan dengan referensi pekerjaan atau kontrak;
