You will have the opportunity to work in cross-functional teams in Apparel, Footwear and Accessories. Gain experience in projects and day-to-day business on a global, regional and local level. We offer you a unique platform to start your career coached by experienced mentors and managers. You will have the opportunity to rotate within 18 months through different Sourcing departments in APAC like:

Apparel
Accessories & Gear
Brand Operations
Footwear
Sourcing Strategy & Projects

Your Profile

# Bachelor or Master’s degree
# At least 2 years of work experience
# Academic background or work experience in fashion production, operations & sourcing management, sustainable manufacturing
or manufacturing engineering a definite advantage
# International mindset/experience
# Track record in project management
# Strong problem solving ability and continuous improvement orientation
# True affinity/passion for sports and genuine interest in the sporting goods/fashion industry
# Fluent English language skills (written/verbally)
# Excellent communication skills & a strong customer focus
# Energetic team player & creator

Application/Selection Process

1. Online application until June 30th, 2016 (you will receive feedback on your application 2-3 weeks after the application deadline had passed)
2. Phone Interviews
3. Assessment Center (the assessment center will take place in July)
4. The decision on who will join our FTP program will be made within 2 weeks the Assessment Center took place
