- Define and implement the Go To Market strategy for all customer and vendor facing technologies that Bizzy releases.
- Ensure that the values of convenience and express delivery resonate with each marketing touch point
- Use data to make informed decisions about marketing priorities, focusing on customer segments that yield the highest ROI.
- A core focus is retention and growth of our top spenders.
- The product marketing team will measure the effectiveness of each product release as an impact of revenue, retention, new customer growth etc.
- Create and maintain a budget on a quarterly basis.
- Be a coach to all junior team members in the marketing division.
- Ensure all elements of Bizzy marketing assets are in sync, with product tutorials, brochures and internal training tools being overseen by the Product Marketer.
- Be a hands on with other teams such as sales, product, engineering and operations to create collaborative environment.
- Work with the Trade Marketing Manager to align campaigns and ensure there is fluidity between all customer communications, such as sticking to a desired frequency.
-Strong background in IT and Marketing
-5-7 years experience in this field
-Have background in ecommerce will be an advantage
-Good oral & written in English
Status: Probation 3 months--->permanent
