IT System Maintenance

• User application design and/or maintenance
• Implementation and maintenance of the entire IT system
• Document business/technical specification, user guides and training materials.
• Implement systems, ensure proper user training and support business users.
• Develop test case procedures and conduct testing
• Remote assistance
• Troubleshoot IT related matter.
