- Minimum Diploma degree (D3)
- Experience in customer service for minimum 1 year
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Skills in Microsoft Office
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Resolves customer's complaints mainly through emails
- Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
- Escalate customers's issue to supervisors or more experienced employees
