Senior Web Developer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website. You will build our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent

Requirements :

• Proven working experience in web programming
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation process
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
• Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• BS in computer science or a related field

Channel Manager Networking



DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
The Channel Manager will manage all business development aspects Networking products with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation. The roles will balances partner sale support, partner management and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel.


The Channel Manager in acting as a liaison between ACA and its Channel Partners will be responsible for:

• Meeting and exceeding the set sales quotas while adhering to ACA’s sales rules of engagement
• Manage and be the main point of contact for existing and new Networking alliance partners
• Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support
• Create system and streamline partner management
• To drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects
• Managing a complex, major accounts solution sale with direct engagement approach or with ACA’s partners; to include managing the RFP, RFQ, Tender process
• Continually learning and improving selling skills. The Channel Manager is required to attend training and certified by Autodesk
• Demonstrating industry knowledge
• Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast
• Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
• Attending and participating in Channel Sales meeting, product seminars and events
• Prepare presentations, reports and price quotations
• Defining and executing partners’ sales plans

Requirements :

• At least Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or IT
• 2+ years’ sales experience in the IT industry/environment. Knowledge in IT Channel Management is a must
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting, discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers
• Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets goals based on client discussions
• Must be able to travel frequently within Indonesia
