Digital marketing manager (manager dan senior manager).

Jobdescription:
1. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goal (ROI & KPI@)s).
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimized spend and performance based on the insights.
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversation tests.
7. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across mutliple channels and customers touch the points.
9. Instrument conversation points and optimize customer funnels.
10. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
11. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropiate.

Requirement:
1. Fluent in Bahasa and english.
2. Above 3 years experience.
3. BS/MS degree in marketing or related field.
4. Proven working experience in digital marketing.
5. Demonstable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display adverstising campaigns.
6. Highly creative with experience identifying target audiencess and devising digital campaigns the engage, inform and motivate.

Five day work. 8.30-17.30.
Jakarta pusat.
Salary: 8.000.000-12.000.000
