Job Description
• Responsible for application services operational in client (application support)
• Responsible for periodic (usually monthly) system and application log capturing in client
• Responsible analyze system and application log for capacity monitoring and optimizing
• Responsible for application and platform troubleshooting including bugfixing, and performance tuning
• Ensure application support services as Response and Resolution within SLA as engaged

System Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Minimum 2 years experience as System Analyst in financial industry (especially banking)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fast learner, self-motivated and attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to gather and collaborate requirements, both oral and written
• Experience in modelling solution design; from process, user interface and database
• Fluent in English is an advantage

Oracle Database Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the
system.
Work with the team to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the
databases and to ensure high availability and optimum performance.
To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum down
time.
Responsible for providing trend analysis to the service management team to enable them to
make informed decisions regarding resource management.
Responsible for problem escalation to Oracle Development team and third parties as
appropriate.
Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and
upgrades.
Responsible for implementation and release of database changes as submitted by the
development team

Skills / Attributes Required
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent
Proven Oracle Database Administration 5 year experiences.
Excellent Oracle WebLogic experience is essential.
Experience with Oracle within the financial sector would be preferred.
Experience of managing multiple RDBMS on large systems.
Familiar with windows and Linux/Unix (preferably IBM AIX) environment.
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively.
Strong analytical skill and attention to detail and able to do Performance Tuning.
Understand backup and restore (RMAN).
Experience of working in a team that delivers a high availability service.
Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability
service.
Experience of other database systems, preferably SQL Server.
Practical experience in managing the internal and external database security.
Oracle Certification, preferably OCP.
