Programmer Analyst (Java)

Job Purpose:
• Contribute to the development of new system solution including system analysis, design, programming, technical documentation throughout the implementation of business process and IT solutions.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably experience in term of System Development Life Cycle and the role of Application Developer.
• Good analytical dan problem solving skills
• Good time management
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively (Oral and writting)
• Good command in English

IT Buisness Analyst

Job Descriptions
• Responsible for contribute to the development of new system solutions including system analysis, programming and configuration, testing, user documentation throughout the implementation of business process and IT solutions
• Ensure analysis processes and methods are aligned to delivering excellent IT services

Job Requirements
• A university degree (or equivalent qualification) in a related field
• Professional qualifications such as Microsoft/Java/Oracle/IBM/AS400 certification, AAMAI, AAAIJ/AAIJ, Loma FLMI, etc
• More than 2 years experience handling SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and the role of programmer/analyst in this life cycle
• Good working knowledge of project management
• End to end insurance knowledge
• Good communication skills along with high initiative and ability to innovate
