1. Market Manager - Network Management

Your responsibilities will include:
• Establish, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, main focus on Substation Automation Systems, Substation Automation Products, Communication Networks and Protection Systems, EPC and ECP contractors, power grid operators, industrial power systems, power distribution and power transmission markets in Indonesia.
• Prepare data for quotations and bids, submit bid documents to customers.
• Monthly business progress reporting.
• Identification and support of Business Development activities in white spot markets: Mining, Transportation, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas Industries

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in electro-engineering, automation or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, protection or automation system, additionally international sales and marketing experience is necessary
• Preferred have 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management role with industry expertise from Mining, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Power generation sector
• Extrovert person with exceptional communications skills
• Ability to present commercial proposals and discuss technical solutions with the customer.
• Strong planning skills that exhibit in-depth understanding of company’s technical and commercial strengths and relationships with markets
• Adept negotiation and leadership skills to successfully overcome objections and close sales
• Aptitude to proactively identify opportunities and/or eliminate threats of major impact on organization’s sales, objectives and customer relations
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization
• Knowledge of the ABB division product portfolio and the organization preferable

2. Java Developer - Software Engineer Ellipse

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conducting Requirements Gathering exercises with customers and other stakeholders, and documenting requirements with a level of clarity such that they can be understood by other developers and consultants.
• Researching and critically evaluating a variety of technologies and formulating a technical design and architecture best able to meet the requirements
• Presenting their findings to a diverse and often senior audience
• Providing development estimates for software deliverables and assisting project managers in creating development plans
• Producing frameworks and reference examples to support the programming activities of themselves or other developers
• Conducting prototyping exercises to resolve difficult technical or functional problems
• Developing software deliverables in accordance with the relevant methodologies
• Mentoring less experienced software engineers in their development activities
• Undertaking quality control/Verification and Validation (V&V) activities, in particular code reviews, in accordance with the relevant methodologies
• Making recommendations for improvements to the relevant methodologies

Requirements:

3. Software Quality Engineer (QA-QE)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Creating, maintaining and executing test plans and test cases against our hardware and software platforms
• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback, estimating test effort
• Take responsibility for the testing processes within your team, train and mentor team members in the best practices testing techniques and technologies
• Collaborate with developers and product management to increase product quality and identify hotspots.
• Analysing and communicating test results
• Defect tracking and participating in day to day QA activities
• Add to our company’s performance and scalability testing efforts including the writing of specialised testing tools for use in testing our software platform
• Work closely with development teams to produce scenarios to be tested, carrying out peer reviews on test case
• Work as part of an agile software development team to deliver high quality software products, develop strong knowledge of the product suite and participate in feature design discussions
• Writing automation scripts for performance and functional/regression/stress testing

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field
• Have minimum 4-6 years of experience in testing .NET applications
• Ability to configure and manage: Windows, IIS, MS SQL, Oracle; familiarity with AWS/Azure platforms is advantageous
• Solid T-SQL knowledge, Oracle SQL is a bonus
• Considerable experience in an automation testing context using development and/or scripting languages
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing tools, such as Selenium, Cucumber, HP ALM, HP UFT, Coded UI, SOAP UI and others
• Knowledge of performance and scalability test approaches and automation
• Experience with delivering test artefacts including test plans, test cases and test summary reporting
• Solid understanding of Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration and DevOps concepts
• Knowledge and experience with the AGILE software delivery methodology
• Demonstrated skill using code repositories, preferably Microsoft TFS
• Demonstrated skill in testing enterprise systems is strongly desired
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues required
• Passion for finding bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code through the use of automation tools
• Passion for creating and executing test plans
• Passion for continuing education and improving code quality through interaction with development team
• Strong time management skills with a history of meeting commitments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Fluent in English
