Reponsibilities :

1. Allocate leads immediately to telesales-within 5 mins :
- Immediately allocate/notify leads equally to telesales
- Ensure data integrity - clean up and analyse
- Escalate any issues to call centre manager
- Send e-mail to customers outside coverage area
KPIs :
- Leads allocated immediately
- Ensure first day reach through strong telesales interaction

2. Orchestrate courier pick-up documents and schedule
- Collate applicant forms and assign to courier through PipeDrive
- Print courier pickup lists at end of day

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree from any major
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome
3. Max 25 years
4. Computer Literate is a must
5. Good English
