Eligibility :

• Female, 24-35 years old
  
• Bachelor Degree from Reputable university with GPA not less than 3,00 (Psychology, Law, Social-Politics or Management)
  
• Minimum 1 year experience on HRD & GA field
  
• Able to demonstrate good leadership quality
  
• Communicative person, and able to translate company policy into effective HR policy
  
• Having deep comprehension on government regulations and standards on labor and employment (UU no 13 th. 2003, ISO 9001:2008, etc)
  
• Able to manage transition and change management in company.
  
• Having comprehensive business knowledge on Retail Industry, Machinery, and Dealership
  
• Having influential ability and able to understand people.
  
• Having special skill including Psychological Measurement Test, Payroll System, Compensation and Benefit system
  
• Having knowledge on recruitment and able to establish a recruitment process
  
• Able to plan and execute training for specified company function
