DARE TO ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE?

PRISMA is an Australian government initiative which aims to achieve a 30% increase in the net incomes of 300,000 male and female
farmers in eastern Indonesia by 2018. Focusing our work in five provinces (East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, Papua and West Papua), PRISMA is currently looking for up to 15 candidates to fill the positions listed below:

Business Consultant (BC)
The criteria are:
 A bachelor (S1) degree in economics, business administration, marketing or similar disciplines;
 A sound understanding of business, economics, and how markets work;
 Has an entrepreneurship aptitude;
 Strong analytical mind and a flair for numbers;
 Demonstrated negotiation skills;
 Strong interpersonal to be able to work with partners and management talents;
 Ability and experience to develop business plans;
 Good written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
Proven work experience is of great advantage and willingness to travel frequently is a must. Direct experience in development is not
required
Senior Business Consultant (SBC)
The criteria are:
 A Master’s (S2) degree in economics, business administration, marketing or similar disciplines;
 A sound understanding of business, economics, and how markets work;
 Has an entrepreneurship aptitude,
 Strong analytical mind and a flair for numbers;
 Demonstrated negotiation skills;
 Strong interpersonal to be able to work with partners and management talents;
 Ability and experience to develop business plans;
 A good understanding of the role of public services in promoting economic growth; and
 Good written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
Proven work experience in supply chain management, business consulting, management, finance, marketing or agribusiness is an
advantage. Direct experience in development is not required.
Business Consultant – Result Measurement (BC-RM)
The criteria are:
 A Master’s (S2) degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, and business administration or similar disciplines;
 Fresh graduate to 2 years “working knowledge” and experience in supervising results measurement teams/activities;
 Proficiency in use of excel for analysis and preferably experience with mobile data collection;
 Meticulous and detail oriented, able to work independently to complete tasks with little direct supervision;
 Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research and / or statistical background / experience;
 Good written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
 Good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in teams; and
 Ability to collaborate and coordinate between different teams to achieve objectives.
Willingness to travel frequently to different parts of Indonesia is a must. Working experience in a private or public research institute or
in a development project following the principles of the DCED Standard for Results Measurement are of strong advantage.
Senior Business Consultant – Result Measurement (SBC-RM)
The criteria are:
 A Master’s (S2) degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, and business administration or similar disciplines;
 At least 3 to 5 years “working knowledge” and experience in supervising research in rural areas. The experience may be in
results measurement teams/activities in private sector / market development projects or in research organizations;
 Highly proficient in the use of excel for analysis and preferably experience with mobile data collection;
 Meticulous and detail oriented, able to work independently to complete tasks with little direct supervision;
 Able to manage a team of professionals and guide their work;
 Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research and / or statistical background / experience, strong analytical skills;
 Good written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; and
 Good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in teams.
 Ability to collaborate and coordinate between different teams to achieve objectives
Willingness to travel frequently to different parts of Indonesia is a must. Working experience in a private or public research institute or
