1. Position Title: Finance Manager

Job Responsibility:

1) Be responsible for the monthly reporting, planning, analysis, and annual budgeting, prepare reporting package for management team review;
2) Ensure the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and financial reporting package timely & accurately;
3) Work closely with sales and operational team on risk identification and efficiency improvement, including but not limit to timely receivable collection, prevention of bad debt, etc;
4) Implement & monitor the internal control process, feedback and propose the solutions;
5) Be responsible for internal/external audit;
6) Provide insights to continuously improve the process and procedure;
7) Fixed assets management;
8) Manage the AR/AP to improve the working capital management;
9) Assess & develop the team to sustainable growth;
10) Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirement:

1) Bachelor degree in Accountancy with relevant background and experienced in managing a team;
2) 5 years working experience in relevant industries or start-up, at least 3 years managerial experience in finance; Big 4 or US listed company exposure would be a plus;
3) Detailed knowledge of reporting requirements, local tax laws, foreign exchange and related issues.;
4) Excellent Excel, PPT, and Word skills, together with Oracle/SAP experience;
5) Good command of English, reading, writing and speaking;
6) Interpersonal, strive to improve every day, a desire to help build a strong team.

2. Position Title : Java Developer

Job Description:

Understanding system requirements as provided in the requirement documents (Business Requirement Document/Functional Specification/Technical Design Document)
Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
Ensuring designs are in compliance with specifications
Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Liaising and attending meetings with project owners or person in charge to perform duties or solving issues

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft SQL Server, Java, Javascript
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specialising in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

3. Position Title: Graphic Designer

Job Description:
Design beautiful creative for a delightful shopping experience.
Analyze marketing challenges and create designs that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets.
Support marketing and account management teams with design and execution of marketing collateral and materials.
Develop and contribute to detailed our specifications and style guides.
Present design work to site merchandizing team, the user experience team and executives for review and feedback
Manage communication and upload of final graphic assets to our image server.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 2 years of work experience in web design / graphic design
Proficient in the Adobe Suite of Software (Primarily Photoshop and Dreamweaver)
Bachelor degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience required.
Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven professional experience as visual designer.
An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media including online, mobile or print is a requirement for application.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience designing mobile web, and/or on-device mobile applications.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a designer in a creative environment
Strong communication skills
UX knowledge a plus.
Copy writing skills a plus.

4. Merchandiser

Job Rsponsibility:

1)Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of the category of manufacturers and channels,and establish extensive and in-depth cooperation;
2)According to the department strategy, responsible for the brand products and all brand manufacturers and channels to complete the docking and management, guide the brand manufacturers to do the details of the work to ensure that the brand manufacturers to maximize the upgrade;
3)Responsible for communication and negotiation with brand manufacturers and channels, to ensure that the company to get the best cooperation and policy support.
4)Responsible brand trader and competitive strategy, do the price comparison of competitors, to ensure that the company's price competitive advantage.
5)According to the task of the management of the higher level of the task objectives to refine the decomposition, formulate the corresponding strategy, to ensure that the task target exceeded.

Job requirements:

1) Purchasing management, marketing, management and other related professional;
2) 3 years or above working experience in purchasing related fields, a large brand factory working experience is preferred;
3) Sales or trader product related experience, familiar with the industry channels, related manufacturers is preferred;
4) Good personal communication and negotiation skills, responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure, good at innovation.
5) Ability to communicate in English.

5. E-commerce Trainee
We are searching for motivated, entry-level candidates with advancement potential for our E-Commerce Trainee program.

1) Prior experience (as a trainee) in E-commerce field / Online website companies and possesses a Bachelor's degree in any background;
