•Testing and responsible for the quality of samsung phones devices, use standard Samsung test procedures, Samsung internal quality assurance requirements, and applications test procedures.
•Support HHP PM Team, and shall liaise with network Operator in Indonesia.
•Create Indonesia Customer Spec in MPS system, based on Marketing & Operator Requirement.
•Responsible to confirm Manual Book translation and Quick Start Manual for Indonesia
•Responsible for MMI translation in STMS system, (English -> Indonesia )
•Support Customer Service team to handle market issue or VOC

Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Engineering
•Minimum 1 years Experience working at Mobile phone (device/handset) industries
•Have a good knowledge in Mobile phone technology such as Operating System, functions, applications, and network [2G, 3G, WCDMA, LTE]
•Able to Communicate in English is a must [Skill : Intermediate]
•Excel Skill : Basic
•Gadgeters, Interest or passion in gadget and new technology
•Have experiecene in Mobile phone Field Test or Device testing will be advantage


Status : employee contract based, not outsource (6 month evaluation)
Fresh graduate welcome as long as have knowledge about mobile device and it OS
