APPLICATION SUPPORT

Roles:
The Application Support is expected to participate in translating and implementing incoming problem ticket into effective yet scalable and maintainable application. Specifically, he or she shall:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving about custom-made application problems
  
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant IT reports
  
• Evaluate and improve the performance of our custom-made Application, and others
  

Qualification:
Relevant General Skills:

• Min. Degree S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent from reputable University with min. GPA of 2.80
  
• Fresh graduates who are quick learners are welcomed to apply.
  
• Having min. 1 year working experience as IT Support (preferably)
  
• Personal computer troubleshoot and Technical Support is a plus
  
• Maintenance, Monitoring, and Installation IT Infrastucture is a plus
  
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
  
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients
  
• Assertive, good time management, have a good analytical problem solving
  
• Able to read code, able to debug code in java, jsp and query Oracle database
  

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Roles:
Reporting to Business Analyst or Project Manager, the QA is expected to participate in maintaining quality of products. Specifically, he or she shall:

• Create test scenario
  
• Perform application function test and business scenario test
  
• Maintain issue list and follow up issues for resolution
  
• Provide and assure product standard
  
•

JAVA DEVELOPER

Roles:
The developer is expected to participate in translating and implementing technical requirements into effective yet scalable and maintainable application. Specifically, he or she shall:



Qualification:
Relevant General Skills:

• Min. Degree S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent from reputable University with min. GPA of 2.80
  
• Having min. 2 year working experience as Java Developer (preferably)
  
• Fresh graduates who are quick learners are welcomed to apply.
  
• Experience in implementing Java server side and client side applications, and any related development approach.
  
• Experience and knowledge of SQL statements and related performance considerations.
  
• Experience in using the features and glue-ing of some of the following: AJAX [J-Query], Struts, Struts 2, Hibernate, Spring (for Java)
  
• Experience in using IDE and other productivity tools effectively, including but not limited to centralized/distributed version controls, bug reporting, single/multi-threaded code analysis/coverage, etc.
  
• Experience in build and test automation.
  
• Experience in unrelated programming languages and the ability to contrast the different developmental paradigm is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with low-level (OS, hardware) issues of application development is a plus.
  
• Proactive and excellent interpersonal skill, including but not limited to teaching/learning, brainstorming, presentation, etc.
  
• Familiarity with IBM WebSphere and IBM BPM is a plus.
