Responsibilities:

Leading B2B Operations at www.foodpanda.co.id is a unique opportunity to help drive continuous growth through corporate ordering. In this role, you will have to build our offer from scratch, build a network of corporate customers, ensure top quality customer service for these customers, and find innovative solutions to suit their needs best. You will encounter numerous various situations making every single day different than the previous one.
• Sales: Develop a network of corporate customers, negotiate agreements with them and support them in making first purchases
• Product Development: Build the offer, implement solutions in our system and ensure proper roll out of global new solutions
• Restaurant relationship: Negotiate deals, exclusivity, new products, priority for your customer, with foodpanda preferred partners
• Customer Experience: Follow up orders and ensure the best customer experience – plan peak orders in advance, arrange capacity with operations, solve issues
• Leadership: You will need to interact and get support from all teams in the organization
• Process order and manage relationship with hundreds of restaurants across Indonesia
• Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
• Be part of the most and fastest growing F&B startup in Indonesia

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from top universities, GPA min 3.00
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and organization skills
• Ability to take initiative, coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Excellent computer skills and willingness to constantly improve and learn new things
• Fluency in English
• Track record of academic excellence and degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or similar
• 2 to 5 years of project management/consulting/banking experience. Remuneration based on experience
