Responsibilities:

Account Management at www.foodpanda.co.id is among the most challenging, yet fascinating position in the company, and one of the most role in the company. As a passionate team member, you will be fully responsible for the relationship with our restaurant partners, bringing them more orders while ensuring the highest quality of service.
• Manage restaurant development, identify and attack problem areas, and build a strong relationship for continuous success
• Marketing: Negotiate deals, exclusivity, implement branding, sell packaging, to improve foodpanda visibility and develop their online takeaway orders
• Operations: track and follow-up with operational issues, help restaurants solve problems and implement new features and new tools to improve quality and customer experience
• Support: Welcome every new restaurants signing up with foodpanda and accompany them through the onboarding process
• Sales: Offer new services, premium access, renegotiate commission, expand business. Act as a salesperson to improve services to the restaurants growing revenues at the same time
• Be part of the most and fastest growing F&B startup in Indonesia

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from top universities, GPA min 3.00
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Understanding of the commercial gains that come from fantastic service and of great relationship
• Previous experience as account manager, sales or analyst. Young graduates also welcome
• Willingness to learn new things and improve ways of working
• Fluent in English
• Strong computer skills (experience with CRM tool is a plus)
• Enjoy working with others, and represent our company in a positive way.
