[Jakarta Selatan] Account Manager
Teleperformance merupakan perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa contact center yang berpusat di Prancis membutuhkan karyawan dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :
1. Understand the company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
2. Ensures that all process and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
3. Ensures that client issues are dealt with an efficient manner, informing the Account Executive or the person in charge of any problems that may arise.
4. Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction, customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire.
5. Works closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
6. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
7. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Requirements :
1. (for FMCG): above 30 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, FMCG/Techical/Telco industry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing
3. Good selling; communication and presentation skill
4. Must be able communicate in English fluently both written and spoken
5. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
6. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
7. Full-Time position(s) available.
